Visa and Entry Requirements for Foreigners

All visitors to Singapore must meet the following entry requirements:

Enquiries or feedback to ICA can be submitted using the online feedback form at www.ica.gov.sg/feedbackform.

• Valid travel document (minimum validity of 6 months at the time of departure)
• Confirmed onward or return tickets (if applicable)
• Entry facilities, including visas, to the next destination
• Sufficient funds to maintain themselves during their stay in Singapore
• Visa for entry into Singapore (if applicable)
• Yellow Fever Vaccination (if applicable)

Invitation Letter
    Please note CAIMLR is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond providing the Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter issued by the organizing committee.
* Invitation letter will only be issued upon request after successful registration.
*Your name provided must be exactly the same as it appears on your passport. Any discrepancy between your name on your passport and on your invitation letter or other documentations could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa application.

    Should your application be denied, CAIMLR cannot change the decision of the consulate, nor will the organizing committee engage in discussion or correspondence with the consulate or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant.
